Counseling is appropriate for individuals seeking professional support with life challenges, personal development, relationships, emotional concerns, and navigating periods of transition or change.

Sessions are $125 for 60 minutes in length. Jennifer does not accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at time of service. Cash, Check, and Cards are accepted

Counseling provides a supportive, confidential space to explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be affecting your life and relationships. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee, Jennifer offers a compassionate, holistic approach to counseling that supports greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and meaningful personal growth.

Sessions may incorporate evidence-informed counseling approaches along with mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided visualization, and other appropriate holistic practices to help you develop insight, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
