I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Aligned Insights in Cookeville, Tennessee.
I believe that meaningful change begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves - our patterns, beliefs, experiences, relationships, and the ways we have learned to move through the world. My approach is warm, deeply intuitive, and integrative, creating space for people to slow down, become curious, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
I believe there is rarely one right path to growth. Sometimes we need to heal. Sometimes we need clarity. Sometimes we simply need someone to help us see what we cannot yet see for ourselves.

I believe that each person is more than a diagnosis, a difficult season, or the patterns they've developed along the way. We are complex, whole, and continually capable of growth and change.
My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that greater self-understanding creates new possibilities. Through the different ways I work with clients, I creates space to pause, look within, gain perspective, and reconnect with what feels true and meaningful.
There is no single path to growth, healing, or a life well lived. The path you choose depends on what you need - and where you are right now.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people come home to themselves.
education & experience
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, where she graduated with High Distinction Honors. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee. She earned her bachelor's degree in History from Tennessee Technological University, graduating summa cum laude.
Alongside her professional counseling education and experience, Jennifer has spent more than a decade studying holistic and contemplative approaches to wellbeing. Her additional (non-counseling) areas of training and study include nutrition, homeopathy, somatic work, dreamwork, Bach flower essences, Human Design, Gene Keys, astrology, and the Akashic Records.
